Job description

Empresa del sector educativo se encuentra en la búsqueda de un asistente administrativo comercial con disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo y de manera presencial en la sede Lince.

REQUISITOS:

· Técnico, egresado, titulado universitario de Marketing o carreras afines.

· Contar con 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, asesor comercial, asesor de por redes o carreras afines.

· Excelente redacción y ortografía.

· Buena actitud, amabilidad y rapidez para responder mensajes.

· Dominio de excel.

-Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de manera presencial en las sedes de Lince

- Horario: Martes a Sábado de 9:00 a 6:30pm.

FUNCIONES:

· Gestionar y calificar leads entrantes para cada línea de negocio.

· Contactar clientes por medios directos (WhatsApp, correo, llamadas, Zoom).

· Brindar información sobre nuestros servicios.

· Coordinar proceso de inscripción y pago.

· Registrar todas las gestiones en base de datos con seguimiento ordenado.

· Coordinar testimonios y retroalimentación para marketing y mejora de experiencia.

· Coordinar sesiones informativas, visitas guiadas, ferias o demostraciones.

· Monitorear la asistencia de alumnos y seguimiento de estudiantes.

· Seguimiento de cobranzas mensuales.
