Brindar soporte contable, financiero y administrativo al área de Operaciones.
Brindar soporte a las actividades que desarrolla el área de gestión humana: Reclutamiento y selección de personal, capacitación y desarrollo, comunicación interna, acciones de clima laboral y evaluación de
desempeño.

  • Llevar el control del sistema contable de la empresa.

  • Registrar información en el sistema contable de la empresa.

  • Realizar reportes financieros en Excel.

  • Elaborar facturas, recibos por honorarios y comprobantes de pago en general.

  • Realizar llamadas telefónicas de seguimiento a los clientes, respecto a las fechas de pago.

  • Analizar información contable y financiera.

  • Realizar trámites de la empresa ante diversas entidades.

  • Brindar soporte logístico (compras, cotizaciones).

  • Elaboración de contratos (con clientes).

  • Brindar soporte en el área de RRHH (ingreso de contratos en el Mintra, etc).

  • Sistema de control de horas trabajadas.

  • Declaración mensual y anual de impuesto de las empresas del grupo de la empresa.

  • Elaboración de contratos (con clientes y consultores).

  • Generación de estados financieros.

  • Realizar la publicación de ofertas laborales en bolsas de universidades e institutos.

  • Realizar el filtro de CVs.
  • Programar a los candidatos a las diferentes etapas del proceso de selección.

  • Gestionar el ingreso de nuevos colaboradores (envío de propuesta laboral y correo de bienvenida, solicitud de documentos e información para generar contrato, gestionar accesos, presentación al equipo).

  • Realizar el proceso de inducción a los nuevos colaboradores.

  • Elaborar el boletín mensual, en coordinación con el Comunity Manager
  • Elaborar formatos de comunicación interna (nuevos ingresos, celebraciones, conociéndonos, etc.).

  • Elaborar informes mensuales de nuestras actividades para nuestros clientes.

  • Elaborar reportes financieros para nuestro gerente general.

  • Elaborar presentaciones que solicite nuestra gerente de operaciones.

  • Hacer contacto con proveedores (capacitación, materiales, etc).

  • Organización de oficina (inventario y organización de materiales).

  • Coordinar cursos, talleres y diplomados (horarios, docentes)
  • Realizar un informe mensual a las empresa por el tiempo de servicio
  • Realizar cronogramas para las empresas para las visitas tecnicas, capacitaciones, examenes ocupacionales
