Job description

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo al área comercial del Canal Moderno, a través de la atención de órdenes de compra, seguimiento de procesos logísticos, emisión de comprobantes, visitas de campo y soporte en actividades comerciales, garantizando eficiencia en la ejecución de tareas conforme a los procedimientos internos de la organización.

Funciones Principales:

1.

Gestión de Órdenes de Compra (OC) – Canal Moderno

· Registrar las órdenes de compra en el sistema Genesys

· Coordinar con el área de logística para el seguimiento y despacho de pedidos

· Preparar rotulados, etiquetados y demás requerimientos asociados

· Agendar citas con los clientes para entregas u otras coordinaciones

2.

Emisión de Comprobantes y Seguimiento de Cobranzas

· Emitir comprobantes de venta para completar el proceso comercial

· Registrar documentos en plataformas B2B de los clientes

· Archivar y documentar registros para el área de cobranzas

· Enviar los documentos pertinentes al área de cobranzas o a entidades bancarias

· Revisar estados de cuenta conforme a cronogramas de pago y liquidaciones de venta

3.

Visitas de Campo y Coordinaciones Comerciales

· Visitar a los principales clientes para:

o  Supervisar y coordinar exhibiciones

o  Hacer entrega de material POP

o  Colaborar en eventos, capacitaciones y actividades comerciales

4.

Apoyo en Actividades del Área

· Participar en la organización, preparación de materiales y ejecución de eventos o actividades propias del área comercial

5.

Manejo de Información y Soporte Digital

· Alimentar y actualizar bases de datos o páginas web con información precisa y oportuna, según se requiera

6.

Tareas Complementarias

Ejecutar otras actividades afines asignadas por la jefatura directa, propias del puesto
