Asistente Administrativa Comercial Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Leasein


Job description

¿Y cuáles será tus funciones?

  • Recibir, validar y gestionar la información proveniente del proceso de ventas (win), asegurando la correcta documentación y continuidad operativa.

  • Administrar contratos, adendas, órdenes de compra, valorizaciones y demás documentos relacionados, coordinando con las áreas correspondientes.

  • Gestionar la facturación, guías de remisión y solicitudes de crédito, garantizando procesos financieros y contractuales oportunos.

  • Coordinar la preparación, programación y distribución de equipos, asegurando entregas en tiempo y forma con la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Monitorear y reportar el inventario de equipos colocados, manteniendo un control actualizado de los activos en uso.

  • Coordinar la atención integral de incidencias, mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos, así como la gestión de garantías.

  • Programar y supervisar los procesos de recojo de equipos, confirmando el cierre adecuado de cada servicio.

  • Acompañar la gestión de clientes durante todo el ciclo del servicio, desde la entrega hasta la renovación de contratos, asegurando continuidad y valor agregado.

  • Desempeñar otras funciones inherentes al puesto que sean asignadas por su gerente, siempre cuando se encuentren dentro del marco de sus competencias y responsabilidades.

Experiencia

· 1 a 2 años en posiciones similares.

· Experiencia en cualquier industria de digitación y seguimiento.
