REQUISITOS:

  • Bachiller o egresado de Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia comprobada mínima de 1 año
  • Conocimiento en gestiones administrativas (coordinación y control)
  • Manejo de contabilidad básica
  • Manejo avanzado de Office ( Excel indispensable )
  • Ser rápida, organizada, responsable, con capacidad de análisis y soluciones inmediatas.

  • Personal femenino no mayor a 35 años
  • Disponibilidad para viajar

FUNCIONES:

  • Pagos, cuadre de caja, ingresos y egresos en Excel.

  • Tramitar la logística de cotizaciones para compras o servicios
  • Facturación de Ventas y Compras
  • Elaborar reportes de presupuestos
  • Gestionar pago de planillas de personal para coordinar con el contador externo.

  • Recibir y atender llamadas, correos electrónicos y consultas de clientes, proporcionando información y apoyo.

  • Redactar y preparar informes, presentaciones, cotizaciones y otros documentos comerciales.

  • Mantener activa las redes sociales más usadas (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Actualizar y gestionar bases de datos de clientes, contactos y ventas.

  • Realizar tareas administrativas generales, como archivo de documentos, gestión de correspondencia y control de suministros de oficina.

  • Brindar atención a visitantes externos y canalizarlos al área correspondiente
  • Coordinar y gestionar la agenda de citas para asegurar una programación eficiente y organizada.

  • Asistir a la Gerencia
  • Otras actividades dadas por el jefe inmediato.

HORARIO:

· Lunes a viernes de 7:30 am a 5:30 pm.

y sábados de 7.30 am a 1:00pm
