Nuestra empresa IMPORTACIONES PROGMAC SAC dedicada a la importación y fabricación de artículos promocionales Merchandising con la marca , requiere contratar ADMINISTRADOR DE EMPRESAS EN EL RUBRO TEXTIL con experiencia.

REQUISITOS:

  • Mayor de 25 años
  • Experiencia como Asistente administrador de empresa (minimo 2 años)

FUNCIONES:

  • Gestionar las actividades para lograr lo planificado
  • Generar, supervisar y dar cumplimiento a las normas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos por Gerencia General
  • Organizar las áreas de la empresa
  • Gestionar todos los trámites administrativos de la empresa
  • Controlar el buen uso de los recursos de la empresa
  • Gestión de entregas de pedidos
  • Coordinar con clientes y proveedores las compras.

  • Coordinar con movilidad los envios
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de la empresa (comerciales y tributarias)
  • Mostrar y evaluar los resultados

CONOCIMIENTOS, ACTITUDES Y HABILIDADES:

Conocimientos:

  • Planificación y Responsabilidad.

  • Universitario o técnico, titulado.

  • Excelentes habilidades blandas a todo nivel
  • Manejo de planilla, tareo y temas contables
  • Conocimiento de rutas para supervisión de movilidad en entregas.

  • Puntualidad, Respeto y Comunicación

Habilidades:

  • Trabajo en equipo, Proactivo, Liderazgo, Toma de decisiones y Resolución de problemas
