Propósito

Brindar atención eficiente en primera línea sobre consultas, reclamos e informes de productos y/o servicios

a los clientes, así como promover la venta proactiva aprovechando el contacto del cliente.

Responsabilidades



•Promover una cultura centrada en el cliente a fin de profundizar las relaciones del banco con sus clientes.

•Brindar atención oportuna y eficaz a las consultas, reclamos e informes de clientes respecto a los productos y servicios que ofrece el banco, así mismo ofrecer productos y servicios acordes a sus necesidades.

•Realizar seguimiento a los casos posteriores a la atención, según corresponda.

•Ser un apoyo para la supervisión como responsable de turno o back up , en turnos que no cuenten con Supervisor siendo responsables de los indicadores Operativos del equipo asignados.

•Cumplir en la atención de llamadas con la validación de la identidad de los clientes, así como con la confidencialidad de sus cuentas.

•Realiza activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez de garantizar la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta, entre las que se incluyen las responsabilidades establecidas bajo el Marco de Gestión del Riesgo Operacional, el Marco de Gestión de Riesgo del Incumplimiento Reglamentario, el Manual Internacional de Prevención del Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento al Terrorismo y las Pautas para la Conducta en los Negocios.



Experiencia



•Estudios superiores o técnicos, en curso o por concluir.

Experiencia Mínima

•Experiencia previa de 6 meses año como Asesor de experiencia al cliente en Banca Telefónica

•Habilidad de comunicación (oral, escrito y escucha activa a nivel Intermedio)

•Orientación a resultados a nivel Intermedio

•Proactivos y con mucha empatía a nivel Intermedio

•Habilidades comerciales y de servicio al cliente a nivel Intermedio

•Responsable y comprometido a nivel Intermedio.

Conocimiento Específicos

•Conocimientos Informáticos: Ms Office a nivel intermedio

•Propios para el Puesto: PEGA, Ondemand, ISTS, Sharepoint, Niubiz, Verint, Avaya, Unibanca (Nivel básico)
