Asesores de Cobranzas



FUNCIONES:

-Realizar llamadas de cobranza telefónica de acuerdo con el lineamiento de la gestión.

-Realizar una adecuada negociación para proyectar pagos de los clientes.

-Seguimiento a los acuerdos de pago y potenciales acuerdos.

-Recupero de créditos con morosidad 1 a 6 meses (Ofrecer opciones de pago).

-Enfocado al cumplimiento de objetivos (Comisión hasta S/400 a más).

-Trabajaremos clientes nacionales (Perú)



REQUISITOS:

-3 meses de exp.

en Call Center (no indispensable).

-Habilidad de negociación, manejo de objeciones, escucha activa, etc.

-Facilidad de palabra, negociación escalonada, empatía y persuasión.

-Aceptamos personal con discapacidad física / Visual parcial con Carnet de CONADIS.

-Disponibilidad para trabajar en el distrito de Los Olivos (Presencial)
