Job description

BRM S.A.C. , empresa con más de 18 años de experiencia en soluciones de atención al cliente y mercadeo digital, se encuentra en la búsqueda de agentes de call center.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en call center.

  • Secundaria completa con certificado.

  • Buena redacción y comunicación oral.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar a tiempo completo en turnos rotativos.

Funciones principales

  • Atender consultas y requerimientos de clientes.

  • Brindar soluciones oportunas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión establecidos.
