Analista de Soporte a Usuarios Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Rankmi

Responsabilidades clave de un Service Expert en Rankmi:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a los clientes, resolviendo problemas relacionados con el uso del software SaaS.

  • Responder a consultas a través de canales como correo electrónico, chat y teléfono, garantizando soluciones rápidas y efectivas.

  • Analizar y diagnosticar problemas técnicos reportados por los clientes, identificando la causa raíz y ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas.

  • Escalar problemas complejos al equipo de desarrollo o a otros departamentos cuando sea necesario.

  • Generar informes periódicos sobre incidencias, tiempos de resolución y KPIs de servicio para evaluar y mejorar la eficiencia del soporte.

  • Documentar todos los incidentes y su resolución en el sistema de gestión de incidencias para futuras referencias.

  • Brindar capacitación y asistencia personalizada sobre el uso del software y mejores prácticas, según sea necesario.

  • Gestionar y priorizar múltiples incidentes simultáneamente, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA establecidos.

  • Realizar seguimiento de los incidentes abiertos para garantizar su resolución y comunicar el progreso a los clientes de manera proactiva.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Técnico o profesional titulado en áreas relacionadas con Recursos Humanos, Administración, Tecnología, Informática, Soporte Técnico o afines.

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia brindando soporte en remuneraciones o soporte técnico a usuarios, preferentemente en entornos SaaS.

  • Excel avanzado (excluyente).

  • Conocimiento en remuneraciones.

Conocimientos deseables

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de incidencias (Zendesk, Jira, etc.).
