The Position

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a
Analista de Patient Support Program & MAP Deputy
basado en Lima, Perú; quien desempeña un rol estratégico y operativo clave en la planificación, gestión y seguimiento de las Soluciones de Pacientes, canal de Medical Information y las iniciativas MAP (Programas de Soporte al Paciente y Estudios de Mercado).

Este puesto tiene como objetivo garantizar la excelencia operativa, la sostenibilidad de los programas y el cumplimiento de las políticas de Roche

La Oportunidad:
Gestión de Soluciones y Programas de Apoyo al Paciente (PS & PSP)

  • Soporte estratégico: Colaborar con el Customer Strategy & MAP Lead en el diseño e implementación de estrategias para la incorporación de nuevos pacientes a los programas
  • Apoyo Finance & Operational FU: Desarrollar y monitorear sobre el desempeño financiero y operativo de los programas de apoyo y proveedores
  • Gestión operativa: Implementar dashboards, analizar datos de programas en CRM, gestionar órdenes de compra, validación de facturas y provisiones usando SAP, y actualizar contratos de proveedores
  • Sostenibilidad: Acompañar a la evaluación de la viabilidad continua de los programas y diseñar estrategias para optimizarlos y socializarlos internamente
  • Supervisión operativa: Autorizar solicitudes de beneficios dentro de los programas y garantizar la alineación con los estándares establecidos
  • Monitoreo KPIs & Budget FU: Monitorear métricas específicas dentro de PS & PSP, asi como el seguimiento al budget/funding

Soporte al Canal de Medical Information

  • Gestión y optimización: Dar seguimiento y apoyo operativo al canal de Medical Information, asegurando el flujo adecuado de consultas y solicitudes relacionadas con información médica
  • Interconexión con otros canales: Garantizar la integración entre el canal de Medical Information, los Programas de Apoyo al Paciente y las iniciativas MAP para mejorar la experiencia del usuario final
  • Seguimiento continuo: Responder a reportes específicos para el canal de Medical Information y desarrollar estrategias de mejora basadas en los resultados obtenidos

Gestión del Rol como MAP Deputy

  • Alineación estratégica: Identificar oportunidades para nuevos programas MAP y asegurar la capacitación de equipos clave en coordinación con el Responsable Local de Calidad (LQR)
  • Concientización organizacional: Realizar campañas junto con la Unidad Local de Farmacovigilancia y coordinar sesiones educativas para MAP Owners
  • Gestión integral: Supervisar el diseño, implementación, seguimiento y cierre de MAP, incluyendo asegurarse de la correcta clasificación de actividades y la adherencia a normativas
  • Dirección y soporte: Apoyar a los MAP Owners en procesos críticos como la calificación de proveedores, gestión contractual y seguimiento a métricas mensuales
  • Monitoreo y compliance: Garantizar que las actividades principales de los programas MAP, como entrenamiento, auditorías y documentación, se realicen conforme a los procedimientos globales y locales
  • Comunicación y reporte: Fungir como punto de contacto para las comunicaciones internas y externas relacionadas con los MAP, escalando riesgos cuando sea necesario

Tu perfil:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o carreras afines es requerido para la posición.

    Postgrado en ciencia de datos, analitica de datos, o similar será un plus.

  • Experiencia de 2 años o más en roles similares dentro del PSP o dentro de análisis y visualización de datos.

  • Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o sector salud, será un plus.

  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado será indispensable para el rol.

  • Habilidades analíticas, capacidad de gestión operativa eficiente, enfoque estratégico y un sólido entendimiento de políticas regulatorias y normativas de compliance
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples áreas funcionales, incluyendo el canal de Medical Information, asegurando un enfoque centrado en el paciente y adaptándose a las prioridades cambiantes del negocio
