En Mibanco, el banco especializado en microfinanzas del Grupo Credicorp, tenemos el encontramos en búsqueda de una persona apasionada, analítica y con grandes ideas para impactar en la vida de los micro y pequeños empresarios del país incorporándose a nuestro equipo como
Agile Team Coach.

¿Cuáles serían tus principales responsabilidades?

· Servir y apoyar al Equipo usando un estilo de liderazgo de servicio y guiando con el ejemplo.

· Orientar y entrenar al equipo Scrum y a la organización sobre cómo aprovechar las prácticas y valores de Agile/Scrum.

· Apoyar y educar al Product Owner, especialmente con respecto a refinar y manejar el Product Backlog

· Fomenta ser multi-funcionales y la transferencia de conocimiento.

· Identificar y resolver impedimentos, guiar al equipo para que elimine los impedimentos encontrando el personal adecuado o escalarlo.

· Construir un ambiente de confianza y seguridad donde las ideas puedan ser planteadas sin temor a culpar, retribuir o ser juzgados.

· Facilitar el debate, la toma de decisiones y la resolución de conflictos.

· Facilitar las reuniones del equipo, usando time-boxing, enfoque en resultados, manejando situaciones o personas difíciles.

· Elaborar métricas del equipo de desarrollo (salud del proceso y equipo) y usarlas como input para proponer mejoras.

· Asegurar que el proceso y lo que produce se encuentre al día en las herramientas digitales.

¿Qué buscamos?

· Experiencia desempeñando el rol de Scrum Master durante al menos dos años para un equipo de desarrollo de software.

· Experiencia en equipos de negocio: producto, segmentos, otros.

· Conocimiento de numerosos patrones y técnicas para llenar los vacíos intencionales dejados en el enfoque Scrum (ejemplo: técnicas de Burndown, formatos de retrospectivas, manejo de incidencias, agile testing, estimación agil)

· Experiencia al estar en múltiples equipos Scrum en una variedad de contextos diferentes (diferentes tamaños de equipos, diferentes organizaciones, diferentes culturas, co-localizados vs.

distribuidos, etc)

· Conocimiento de otros enfoques discutidos en el espacio ágil: XP, Kanban, etc.

· Conocimiento y/o experiencia con técnicas ágiles ampliamente exitosas: Historias de usuario, ATDD, TDD, Integración continua, Pruebas continuas, Peer Review, Pruebas automatizadas, Juegos ágiles, Estimación agil.

· Conocimiento aplicable de las tecnologías utilizadas por el equipo.

· Certificado Scrum Master de primer nivel (Professional Scrum Master I de , Certified Scrum Master de Scrum Alliance)

·
• Certificación de Scrum Master de organizaciones basadas en la Guía de Scrum de (Scrum Alliance o )

·
• Certificaciones adicionales deseables: Professional Agile LeaderShip, Professional Scrum with Kanban, Lean Kanban University, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Scaled, Professional Scrum Developer, DevOps Foundation DevOps Institute o DASA.

· Conocimiento y experiencia en la metodología Lean.
