We're hiring an Administrative Associate (Customer Service) to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.
Salary: $900 – $1,100 USD (monthly)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tenant Engagement: Main point of contact during the screening process of leasing
- Owner Onboarding Support: Help set up and organize new owner and property information in Buildium/Leadsimple/Google Drive
- Owner Communication: Share updates and respond to owner questions.
- Tenant Screening: Assist with landlord and employment verifications.
- Bill Payments: Process utility and expense payments.
- Customer Service: Provide professional support to tenants and owners
- Data Tracking: Keep records and trackers accurate and up to date.

- Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.
- Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities and situations.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
Physical Setting: Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1hr lunch)
