Job description

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar y coordinar todos los aspectos de la obra, desde la planificación hasta la finalización, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad requeridos.

  • Gestionar y supervisar el equipo de trabajo, incluyendo contratistas, subcontratistas y trabajadores de la construcción, para garantizar la eficiencia y la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con los proveedores, arquitectos, ingenieros y otros profesionales involucrados en el proyecto.

  • Supervisar y gestionar el presupuesto y los costos de la obra, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos financieros del proyecto por adquisión de materiales.

  • Resolver problemas y tomar decisiones importantes en relación con la obra, sobre el personal previa coordinación con la gerencia del proyecto.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de salud y seguridad, normas ambientales y otros requisitos legales aplicables.

  • Preparar y presentar informes de progreso del proyecto en el ámbito de adquisiones vs stock en almacén a los gerentes y otros interesados.

  • Controlar los costos de la obra y asegurar que se mantengan dentro del presupuesto.

  • Coordinar la aprobación del ingreso del personal obrero y técnico (en campo) y registro de nuevo personal.

  • Controlar los ingresos y salidas mediante TAREO semanal.

  • Otras funciones que mencione gerencia.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de proyectos de construcción como Administrador de Obra.

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería Civil ,Administración y afines.

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.

  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar y motivar equipos de trabajo.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con los clientes, arquitectos, ingenieros y otros profesionales involucrados en el proyecto.

  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones importantes y resolver problemas de forma efectiva.

  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión financiera y presupuestaria.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en el sitio de construcción ILO.

  • Se valorará experiencia previa en proyectos de construcción de gran escala.
