About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic manager to lead countrywide healthcare technology projects across LATAM, oversee high-value client relationships, and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural leader with excellent time management skills.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless adoption of our AI-driven healthcare solutions.
As part of a fast-growing global health technology company, you will be expected to multitask, adapt quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the execution of nationwide AI healthcare projects in LATAM, ensuring smooth
implementation and client satisfaction.
● Collaborate with government bodies, healthcare institutions, field teams, and global health
organizations to drive large-scale technology adoption.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Ministries of Health,
National Programs, program heads, IT teams, and clinical decision-makers.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project delivery, engagement, and
feedback to ensure continued success.
● Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth through
upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansions.
● Monitor product performance, gather technical feedback, identify unique cases, and work with
product and engineering teams to improve accuracy and user experience.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and sales) to address client
needs and overcome technical or operational challenges.
● Provide actionable product feedback to inform the product roadmap and future innovations.
● Support marketing and research initiatives to showcase project impact.
● Manage client concerns by coordinating with IT and program teams, arranging remote access,
and ensuring timely issue resolution with internal technical teams.
Skills & Expertise
● Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and drive account growth through
strategic relationship management.
● Strong people management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement abilities.
Experience & Requirements
● Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).
● 3–6 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, client success, or
project management.
● Experience in healthcare technology or large-scale implementation projects is an advantage.
● Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
