On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an Account Manager who drives successfully business opportunities about ICT solutions and services inside Banking and Finance sector.

Main Duties:
- Seek out new business opportunities consistent with sales strategy developing solutions and services of ICT technology in finance or banking sector.
- Maintain a high-profile Company presence in local market through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
- Promote Huawei products and solutions portfolio; work with cross-functional teams and local partner ecosystem to ensure successful delivery/deployment of projects.
- Be responsible for the negotiation, signing and execution of sales contracts, ensuring timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectation and satisfaction, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, lead product solution and service team to solve the issues raised by customers.
We require:
- 5+ years working experience in B2B sales, commercial or business development roles in technology vendor or local ICT partner ecosystem, selling customized ICT such as network, storage, cloud or hybrid solutions to finance/ banking industry.
- Proven experience and deep understanding of local market focused on finance, banking, in retail and related industry, including sales experience of ICT solutions, customer relationship, business operation and buying cycle.
- Understanding about top technology vendors and sales ecosystem inside local market.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related domain.
Complementary certification in Sales management background is preferred.
- Advance English Level is mandatory.
- Proven customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Business insight, sales data analysis, KPI achievement orientation.
- Sales planning execution, project management skills and problem solving.
- High commitment and availability to work according to the business & customer necessities.
- Ability to keep clear focus under sales environment, pressure and multi-culture job experience.
