Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities


  • Be the first friendly voice to engage new leads — call within minutes, not hours.

  • Conduct warm qualification calls to understand prospects’ goals and guide them toward the right program.

  • Keep detailed notes and pass key insights to the sales team.

  • Build authentic relationships and follow up persistently until enrollment is complete.

  • Master the company’s programs and success stories so you can inspire confidence in every conversation.

  • Keep the energy high, the tone genuine, and the customer experience exceptional from first contact to final call.
