Account Leader
, responsable de liderar la relación con clientes estratégicos (carriers y partners tecnológicos) y de impulsar el crecimiento de los servicios digitales, asegurando tanto la satisfacción de los clientes como la rentabilidad del negocio.


¿Cuáles serán tus funciones en el día a día?

  • Actuar como punto de contacto central para cuentas estratégicas (áreas de SVA/Servicios Digitales), construyendo relaciones sólidas y duraderas con stakeholders clave en los carriers y socios estratégicos como los proveedores tecnológicos o de contenidos.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio en servicios existentes y en nuevos verticales, colaborando con los equipos internos y los del Carrier.

  • Negociar condiciones comerciales, contratos y pricing models con enfoque en valor agregado, asegurando plazos de entrega.

  • Analizar el desempeño de cada cuenta estratégica, elaborando reportes y proyecciones financieras, gestionando presupuestos y coordinando con áreas internas para garantizar su éxito.

  • Impulsar la creación de presentaciones estratégicas orientadas a carriers, con evolución de resultados, benchmarks, y forecast financiero.

  • Monitorear el crecimiento de usuarios, facturación y rentabilidad por cuenta, evaluando también el ROI de campañas y márgenes de servicio.

  • Analizar la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de presupuestos, proponiendo acciones de mejora alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares (telecomunicaciones, servicios digitales o SVA).

  • Excelentes habilidades comerciales, de negociación y comunicación.

  • Visión estratégica para desarrollar planes de negocio y presentaciones ejecutivas basadas en insights adquiridos a través de la relación comercial o compartidos por el equipo operativo.

  • Conocimiento general en marketing digital y métricas de adquisición.

    Familiaridad con plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Business y herramientas de tracking.

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, con mentalidad orientada a resultados.
